Allen is interested in motivational therapy having completed a degree in psychology. He plans to incorporate his experiences with the creative & performing arts with new projects focused on motivation and perception. He occasionally guest speaks, teaches, directs and choreographs.

Allen is available for corporate & public speaking events as a guest presenter to provide insight and motivation on a variety of subjects and can tailor to the associations needs or themes. He also works in training and development creating core curriculum for virtual training programs, as well as conducting workshops in speaker coaching.
